The Inventory – Addresses section helps you view and manage properties, lots, and home details in one place. At the top of the page, you’ll find quick KPIs, and below that is the grid where you can filter, export, and edit inventory.

KPIs at the Top

The dashboard highlights key stats for a quick snapshot of your community’s inventory:

  • Total Properties – Total number of properties in the system.

  • Enabled Homes – Homes currently active.

  • Enabled Lots – Lots currently active.

  • Mean Home Price – Average price of homes in your inventory.

  • Mean Home Sq Ft – Average square footage of homes.

These KPIs update automatically as you add, edit, or remove inventory.

Grid Columns

The grid lists all property records in a table format. Each row represents a lot or home, and you’ll see the following columns:

  • ID – Unique system-generated identifier for the property record.

  • Name – Lot or home name (often the street + number).

  • Parcel ID – Parcel identifier tied to the property.

  • Community – The community where the property belongs.

  • Address – Full address of the property.

  • Builder – The builder associated with the property.

  • Lot Number – Lot number within the community.

  • Block – Block grouping for the lot.

  • Phase – Development phase of the community.

  • Size – Lot or home square footage.

  • Price – Price of the home or lot.

  • Plan – Floor plan assigned to the lot.

  • Elevation – Elevation style assigned to the lot.

  • Available Date – Date when the lot or home becomes available.

  • Map Enabled? – Indicates if the lot appears on the Homefinder Map (consumer-facing).

  • Description – Additional notes about the lot or property.

Create Inventory Lot

Click + Create Inventory Lot to add a new lot into the system

.

This allows you to add all key details—like address, community, builder, plan, elevation, pricing, and size. Some fields are required before you can save.

Export All

Clicking Export All will generate a CSV file of the entire dataset in the grid. This export includes all columns (ID, Address, Price, Builder, Plan, etc.), making it easy to share or analyze offline.

Disable from the Map

Each lot has a Map Enabled? setting. If set to “Enable,” the lot appears on your homefinder map. Disabling this will hide it from the Homefinder Map while keeping it in your internal inventory.

Edit Lot Details

If you need to make changes to a property record:

  1. Click into the lot you want to edit and select 'Edit'.

  2. Update details such as address, price, availability date, or parcel ID.

  3. Select 'Save & Continue' to confirm your changes.

✨ With these features, the Inventory – Addresses section becomes your central hub for managing lot details, availability, and visibility.
