Users

Learn how to view, add, and edit users in the Admin Settings – Users section.

Easily manage user access and permissions within XO KISS by using the Users section in Admin Settings.


Add New User

To add a new user:

  1. Select the New User button at the top of the grid.

  2. Complete the required fields in the form:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • Password & Password Confirmation (optional – leave blank if you don’t want to assign a password yet)

  3. Assign the user to one or more Communities by checking the boxes.

  4. Click Create User to save.

Once created, the new user will appear in the Users grid.


Edit Existing User

To update an existing user:

  1. Locate the user in the grid using filters or scrolling.

  2. Click on the user’s row to open their details and select the edit button

  3. Update the desired information (e.g., name, email, password, community access, assigned roles or permissions).

  4. Save changes to apply updates immediately.

This ensures user details stay accurate and access is properly maintained across communities.
