Each lot record in XO KISS allows you to manage media (like home photos and renderings) so they display correctly on your Homefinder Map.
Viewing Media
To view media for a property:
Open the lot record in the Inventory – Addresses grid.
Scroll down to the Media section.
You’ll see all images associated with that lot.
Deleting or Editing Tags
If you’d like to remove or update existing media:
Select the image you want to edit.
You can:
Delete – Use the trash icon to remove the image.
Edit/Update Tags – Add or adjust tags to help categorize the image (e.g., “hero,” “floorplan,” “elevation”).
💡 Tags help identify how and where media should be displayed.
Uploading New Media
To add new images:
From the Media section, click Upload Media.
Choose a Class (e.g., elevation, floorplan, hero image).
Upload your image file (max 20 GB).
Add tags (comma-separated).
Click Save to finish.
Your new image will appear in the media list.
Reordering Media
You can customize the order that images appear:
In the Media list, find the image you’d like to move.
Use the up/down arrows or drag-and-drop to reorder.
