What does Name mean under Lot Details when creating an inventory lot?
The Name field represents the address of the lot. This helps your team quickly identify the specific location of the inventory lot in the community.
What does Buildable under Lot Type mean?
The Buildable lot type refers to home sites and specs within the XO. These are lots where homes can actively be built.
What happens when I select Enable or Disable on a lot’s Inventory page?
Enable → The lot will be shown on the Homefinder Map.
Disable → The lot will be removed from the Homefinder Map.
This lets you control what’s visible to buyers and teammates on the map.
Can I change the filters or layout on the Inventory page?
No — the filters and layout on the Inventory page are fixed. They cannot be removed or customized.
What does the Map Enabled? field mean on lots or floor plans?
This setting controls whether the lot or floor plan appears on the Homefinder Map.
Yes → Visible to consumers.
No → Hidden but still available internally.
How many attributes can I display on a lot card in the Homefinder Map?
You can choose up to three attributes (e.g., Price, Beds/Baths, Sq Ft) for lot cards.
What happens when I export from the Inventory page?
Clicking Export All generates a CSV file with all grid data, including ID, Address, Price, Builder, Plan, and more.
What does Compatible Lot Size mean on a floor plan?
Plans must match the lot size (e.g., 40’, 50’, 60’) in order to be assigned.
Can I delete media tied to a lot or plan?
Yes. Open the lot or plan record → Media section → select the image → use the trash icon.
How do I reorder media for a lot or floor plan?
In the Media section, use the up/down arrows or drag-and-drop to change display order.
Can I preview map changes before saving in Configure Map?
Yes. The Preview Map option lets you see your changes before making them live.
