The Inventory – Floor Plans section is where you can manage your community’s floor plans. Here, you’ll find all floor plans organized in a grid, with quick access to create, edit, enable/disable, and add details like elevations and media.

Grid Columns

The floor plan grid displays all your available plans with key details, including:

  • Community – The community the floor plan belongs to.

  • Name – Floor plan name (often with builder prefix).

  • Builder – Builder associated with the plan.

  • Lot Size – Compatible lot size(s).

  • Price – Base price of the plan.

  • SQFT – Square footage of the plan.

  • Beds / Baths – Bedroom and bathroom count.

  • Stories – Number of stories.

  • Garages – Garage count.

  • Description – Notes or additional plan details.

  • Enabled? – Indicates if the floor plan is active and visible on the Homefinder Map.

  • Elevations – Shows how many elevations are tied to the floor plan.

Enable / Disable Floor Plans

Each floor plan can be enabled or disabled.

  • Enabled plans appear on your Homefinder Map for consumers to see.

  • Disabled plans remain in your internal inventory but are hidden from public view.

Elevations

From a floor plan record, you can create and manage elevations.

  • Add elevation names (A, B, C, etc.).

  • Include details like front porch, high profile, description, and price.

  • Manage elevation visibility and enable/disable them as needed.

  • Export a list of the elevations into a CSV file.

Media

Each floor plan (and elevation) can have media uploaded—like renderings, interior photos, or hero images.

  • Upload new images.

  • Tag images to categorize them (hero, floorplan, interior, etc.).

  • Reorder images with drag-and-drop.

✨ With these tools, the Floor Plans section becomes your hub for managing plan details, visual assets, and what’s available to buyers on the Homefinder Map.
