Each floor plan can have associated media (such as renderings, interiors, or hero images). Managing media ensures your plans are presented clearly in your system and on the Homefinder Map.
Viewing Media
To see the media tied to a plan:
Open the Floor Plan record from the Inventory – Floor Plans grid.
Scroll to the Media section.
All images attached to the plan will display in order.
Uploading Media
To add new images:
From the Media section, click Edit then Upload Media.
Choose or drag and drop your file(s).
Select a class if required (e.g., elevation, floorplan, hero).
Add tags to help categorize the image.
Click Save.
Your image(s) will appear in the plan’s media list.
Editing or Deleting Media
Select Edit and then the image you’d like to update.
Options include:
Edit Tags – Update or add tags (like “hero,” “interior,” “floorplan”).
Delete – Use the trash icon to remove the image completely.
Reordering Media
To adjust how images are displayed:
In the Media section, locate the image you’d like to move.
Use the drag-and-drop arrows to change its order.
💡 The first image is often treated as the primary display image (hero).
