Sometimes you may not want a floor plan to appear to homebuyers right away. The Enable/Disable setting allows you to control which floor plans are visible on the Homefinder Map and which stay hidden.
How to Disable a Floor Plan
Open the Floor Plan record you’d like to update.
In the top-right corner, click Disable.
Confirm your selection.
Once disabled, the floor plan remains in your internal inventory but will no longer display on the Homefinder Map.
Why Disable a Floor Plan?
The plan is not yet approved for release.
You want to keep the floor plan internal-only.
Details, pricing, or media are still being finalized.
