Introduction: Navigating the Sales Overview Page
Navigate to the Sales page in XO KISS by clicking on Inventory in the lefthand navigation, and clicking on Sales.
Adding New Sales
On the Sales page, the Actions Button in the top righthand corner contains the following actions: Add Home Sale, Create Bulk Sales.

Managing & Editing Existing Sales:
Click into an existing sale and in the top righthand corner, the Actions Button contains the following actions: Edit, Transfer, Close Sale, Cancel. The below videos provide step-by-step tutorials of completing each action.

From the Actions Button, you can edit Home Sale Details, such as True Up Fees and Marketing Fees:
