The Operational Map is your interactive, map-based view of inventory inside XO KISS. Instead of reading through a table, you can see every lot in its real location, spot patterns at a glance, and take action — filtering, editing, and highlighting lots by status, sales, and builder activity — all without leaving the Operational Map.
Navigate to the Operational Map by opening up the lefthand navigation and clicking on Operational Map.
Reading the Map
The Highlight by tool recolors the map based on the data you care about, turning the map into an at-a-glance report. Use the Highlight by feature to view your lots on the map by the following:
Home Sales
Contract status
Designation
Availability
Property
Builder
Phase
Floorplan
Elevation
Special district
Lot type
Lot size
Product type
Architectural styles
Neighborhoods
Analytics
Days on market
Price
Phase completion
Finished vacant
When no individual lot is selected, the right panel summarizes all of the lots currently in view — respecting your active filters.
Hover over any lot to see a tooltip with key details. Click on the lot to pull up more KPI's in the side panel.
Bulk Editing from the Map
You can update multiple lots directly on the map.
Turn on Bulk Edit.
Use the Draw Tool to select the lots you want to update. As you select, a table builds at the top of the screen listing your selected lots.
To remove a lot, click its marker again, or remove it from the table.
Click through to continue — you'll land in the same Bulk Edit panel used in Table view.
Choose the field(s) to edit, review, and save.
⚠️ Edits made on the map save immediately and carry through to the Table view and the rest of the hub, exactly like edits made in Table view.

Narrow the map and lot cards down to exactly what you want to see. Available filters include:

Phase
Contract Status
Designation
Floorplan
Lot Type
Lot Size
Price Range
Filters apply to the map, the lot cards, and the stats shown on the map at the same time.
